Role-based pricing that adapts to your store
Any WordPress role can be designated as wholesale. Whether you’re using User Role Editor, MemberPress, or any other role management solution, you simply add your roles to the plugin settings and mark one as the base wholesale role. The plugin handles the rest — pricing resolution, cart repricing, tax exemption, and front-end display all work automatically for any role you configure.
Minimum quantities and tiered pricing
Set a minimum order quantity for wholesale eligibility on any product. When a customer’s cart meets the threshold, wholesale pricing kicks in automatically. Add a second pricing tier for higher volume orders and reward your best wholesale customers with even lower prices.
Pricing attributes and band overrides
Selling apparel? Coffee mugs? Jewelry? Products where larger sizes or different materials command a different price? Configure pricing attributes (such as Size or Material) and define bands of attribute values that share a price point. A 2XL shirt can wholesale at a different rate than an S–XL shirt, all managed from the product edit screen with no custom code.
Clean admin experience
The product meta box adapts dynamically to whatever roles and pricing attributes you’ve configured. Collapsible role sections show a live summary of current pricing at a glance, so you can audit ten roles without opening a single accordion. The settings page is straightforward: add roles, configure attributes, set messages.
Built for WooCommerce, not around it
Cart repricing uses WooCommerce’s standard hooks and respects HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage). The cart block and classic cart both receive inline under-minimum warnings without global session notices. Tax exemption integrates directly with WooCommerce’s VAT exemption system.

Does it work with variable products?
Cart repricing aggregates quantities across all variations of the same parent product. Pricing attribute bands allow you to set different prices for different variation attributes (such as size) within the same product.
How do I create wholesale roles?
This plugin does not create WordPress roles — it works with roles you already have. Use any role management plugin (User Role Editor, MemberPress, etc.) to create your wholesale roles, then add them to the Wholesale Pricing settings.
Does it work with the WooCommerce Cart Block?
No. All pricing data is stored as native WordPress post meta. ACF is not required and is not used.
Is it compatible with HPOS?
Yes. The plugin declares HPOS compatibility and uses WooCommerce’s order meta API throughout.
Can I control which roles get free shipping coupons?
Yes. Under-minimum messaging is delivered as item meta in the Cart Block, and as an inline name append in the classic cart.
Can a product be excluded from wholesale pricing?
Yes. Simply leave the wholesale price and minimum quantity fields blank for that product. It will be treated as retail-only for wholesale users.
